1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Globyra's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Globyra.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Globyra. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.
3. Our Services
Globyra provides international money transfer, multi-currency wallet, virtual card, and airtime top-up services. Our services are subject to availability and may vary by country. We are not a bank; we are a licensed financial services provider.
Transaction limits, fees, and exchange rates are disclosed at the time of each transaction. Rates are subject to market fluctuations.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and transaction PIN. You must notify us immediately at support@globyra.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We will never ask for your password, OTP, or PIN via email, phone, or any channel other than our official app or website.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Globyra for money laundering, fraud, financing terrorism, purchasing illegal goods or services, evading taxes or sanctions, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, fund holds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
6. Fees and Charges
Our fee schedule is available within the app and on our website. Fees are deducted from your transaction amount or charged separately as disclosed. We reserve the right to update our fee schedule with 14 days notice.
7. Refunds and Disputes
Once a transaction is initiated, it may not be cancellable. If a transfer fails to complete, funds will be returned to your wallet within 3–5 business days. To dispute a transaction, contact support@globyra.app within 60 days.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or inactivity exceeding 12 months. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, subject to resolution of any pending transactions.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable financial services law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before being escalated to a court of competent jurisdiction.
